Clover Needle Felting Punch and Pen
From Clover, Needle Felting punch (5 needle) and Pen (3 needle). Both the punch and pen can be used with fewer needles as needed. Both tools enable you to apply wool to fabric, applique style, or create needle felted creations.
Needle Felting needles have barbs on them which tangle the fibres together creating a dense, wool surface.
Also available, refill needles for the punch and pen.
